My husband of 30 years flew as a combat US Naval Aviator for many years and now flies for recreation- I asked him to please wait a bit to get the jab - huge pressure from doctors, family and friends but I KNEW this was not reversible. He waited, and when I sent him screenshots of the pilots who were injured, he chose against it. I am infuriated that these young, healthy, brilliant pilots were coerced - the best of the best. Dr. Simone gold today was scheduled for 60 days of prison, a $9500 fine and a year scheduled probation. Yet the ones who actually rioted broken etc. were given no prison terms. The judge who sentenced her was an Obama Biden judge and he said that their actions reflected on goals and that’s why he gave her the prison sentence. This seems like a case of an activist judge that needs to go!

Because weak- kneed crybaby Buttigieg had his flight canceled, Buttigieg is advising airlines to meet their flight schedules and hire more customer-service workers. He said that if they do not meet these requirements by the Fourth of July weekend, the department could enforce fines on the airlines. How are we to get more pilots to fly when they are jab injured or refuse the jab and risk the lives of so many? We will see more accidents in the air bc of this joker, hope he is on one of those flights.

Wow. Dr Manderson is a piece of work. We don't want to do surveillance after vaccines because the chances of something "occult" lurking in the background is so low.... That would be unreasonable. Indeed. How does she know that long term effects are so low? She doesn't. She's merely speculating and has no data, obviously, to back up what she's saying because "surveillance" is "unreasonable" and so getting the data is also unreasonable. That's about as circular as you can get. As Steve loves to say, "You can't make this stuff up." It would be very unreasonable to screen vaccinated pilots because the incidence and potential for long term heart problems presenting symptoms while a pilot is say200 feet above the ground on approach and crashing the plane and killing everybody on board is so low, and after all, they only fly very large airplanes filled with passengers around Australia that transport millions of passengers a year, that we can be reasonably sure that if a pilot did experience a vaccine event shortly after the jab, they are probably fine now, and there is no need to worry. It's safe to ASSUME that everything is safe rather than taking every precaution necessary to insure that the flying public are safe and the pilots who fly them are healthy. These soldiers and pilots devote their lives to military service and, when called into action, are likely to be killed or seriously injured. Some may do it for a job, but many do it because they really value and believe in their country AND because they trust its political and military leadership to deploy them for all the right purposes.
Yet the political leadership at least has repeatedly thrown the US military into unjustified wars. Leaving that aside, and assuming the great trust these warriors place in the leaders who determine their deployment is valid, there is a profound problem in that these leaders - political and military - are irresponsible, manipulative and obviously corrupted by the multinational pharmaceutical companies. However, trivializing them is outrageous...and her alcohol comparison was a pathetic coercion attempt minimizing the risks.
As a friend of a flight attendant who is afraid everytime she goes up because she knows the truth (it appears that others in her crews are clueless), it's a huge relief when I hear from her that she's back for a few days.

At 32:00 a lawyer claims that in the USA pilots are not allowed to fly within a year of taking an experimental medication. He cites 14 CFR 61.56 https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-14/chapter-I/subchapter-D/part-61/subpart-A/section-61.56 but I could not find any such regulation there. Here it is: https://www.faa.gov/about/office_org/headquarters_offices/avs/offices/aam/ame/guide/pharm/dni_dnf/ . However, this is qualified as a “general” requirement, according to Flight Surgeon discretion.
